The Wedewer Group works with you on an initial assessment to identify what you need to compete effectively. Together, we will discuss a number of questions before preparing our proposal. Of course, each project is different, but some of the questions we may explore include the following:

• What forces are motivating the research study at this particular
   time?
• What do you need to accomplish with the research?
• Who will use the information and, specifically, how will the information
  be used?
• What decisions will be made or actions taken utilizing the information?
• What previous information gathering has been done to meet these
  objectives?
• What are the key questions you need to have answered?
• What resources do you have available to answer some or all of the
  questions?
• Are you aware of other companies, associations or competitors
  conducting similar research?
• What is your general budget?
• Is there a specific deadline by which you need the information?

Following the initial assessment, we then develop a proposal that outlines the project objectives, our proposed methodology, timeline and budget.

Once the proposal is approved, we stay in touch during the course of the project to provide feedback on progress, clarify questions and make adjustments, if necessary. Our final report is presented in a user-friendly format with actionable information, detailed findings, discussion of implications and recommendations. We can also make a presentation of the findings in a PowerPoint format.
